Alongside her professional career, Vania has been actively involved in voluntary and advocacy work, including refugee support campaigns and community initiatives. During her studies, she served as Head of Women's Affairs and later as President of the UKH Student Union, demonstrating strong leadership and commitment to social development.
She currently serves as Head of Human Resources and Communications Officer at a private company and as Head of the UKH Alumni Association, where she continues to promote leadership, engagement, and institutional growth.
